About us

​A board gamer and an artist walked in to a bar…. Honestly, that’s how we met. At a bar. In the San Francisco Bay area. A small hole in the wall kind complete with a grimy counter top, wobbly stools and colorful chewed gum hiding under the ledge. That was May 17th 2009. 

 

Little did we know we would get married, have a kid, and move to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2016. Moving to the desert wasn’t by choice but we have built a pretty solid life here and consider Vegas “home.” Of course, there were many challenges along the way; a few career changes, certification programs, surgeries, a pandemic, trying to buy a home, and a surprise second child! But as we Wolverton’s often say “we don’t like to be board and we love a good challenge.”

 

Being away from friends and family was difficult but one thing that kept our little family close was board games! Out of our love for board games (and challenges) the idea of the perfect challenge board was born! We took a risk, bought a 3D printer and went to work meticulously crafting the perfect challenge board.​

 

And the rest is history.
